Unfortunately for us, listed in Japanese, but we did get two "specials" eel and something called sourel. Even the shaved ginger is more tender.

It really is true...
....sushi in Japan really is a noticeably different thing. It looks the same. But it just tastes fresher. What you are supposed to order is not your 5 favorites, but the specials--fresh seafood.
